Weekly Bakes

We have a double dose of weekly bakes for you today. We’ve brought together the photos of your baking creations over the last fortnight to cheer us all up and give us some sweet inspiration.

Take a look at Grace's afternoon tea, including raspberry cake, Meringues and scones. Can you believe it's the first time she's baked in 3 years?! Who fancies a Bake Soc afternoon tea next semester?

This layered apple cake made by Charlotte looks so comforting, like a warm hug in cake form!

Another classic, oat and raisin cookies are great store cupboard bakes.

These blueberry muffins look yum and bonus points they are vegan! p.s. we love seeing everyones pets so much. Thanks Lucy for sharing!

Carrot cake with walnuts, YES PLEASE. Can imagine a slice of this cake made by Katie being perfect with a cuppa. Hopefully she'll share her recipe!

The flavours in Julia's orange and passionfruit traybake sound perfect. Fruity and perfect for spring time.

If you've been in the mood for banana bread recently then look no further, Sophie has shared the best recipe with us. Throughly approve of the chocolate drizzle, can't wait to try this one!s

Charlotte's Lemon tart looks so professional and the good news is she's writing a post to share the recipe, check back this weekend for the details on how to bake this yourself.

These two bakes look like the most scrumptious easter treats. There's a mini egg blondie by Julia and Kamal (on the left) and a great looking banana bread by Tabi (on the right).

Look at that caramel layer! Millionaire shortbreads are so delicious and lucky us Charlotte will be sharing her recipe this Friday on the blog, hurray!
